Greenway’s Ceramic Wash + provides the ultimate washing experience. The Si02 shampoo solution produces a thick foam in your standard bucket wash or foam cannon. Instantly feel and see the difference as you begin to mitt the surface of the vehicle. You will notice that our shampoo solution provides an ultra-slick feel that will allow your mitt to glide over the paintwork with ease.
Our solution will help reduce the chance of marring the vehicle surface even on the softest clearcoats. Ceramic Wash + not only works on protecting clearcoat but enhances and protects plastics, metal, and glass. Our formula will quickly rinse from the vehicle surface to prevent water spots and water usage.
Upon drying the vehicle surface, vehicle enhancement can be seen and felt on the washed surfaces. During the next rainfall or vehicle wash, you will notice the extended protection provided by Ceramic Wash +, and the vehicle wash process is quicker!
Greenway’s allows you to further enjoy your washing experience by choosing from a variety of scents. Our batches are hand mixed, dyed, scented, and uniquely customized to your liking, one at a time, unlike the mass-produced formulas from big manufacturers. Greenway’s Car Care Products is one of the only companies in the entire industry to allow you to customize your shampoo scent!
How to Use:
Always start with a clean bucket that never had contact with the silicone. Silicone could have been present on a wheel and tire brush and then placed into that wash bucket. Even if you clean the bucket, silicone could still be present and entirely “flatten” the sudsing capabilities of any shampoo solution. Silicone is usually present in all your tire dressings and interior dressing products. If you used any product containing silicone inside the bucket EVER, do not use this bucket!
Ceramic Wash + can be diluted up to 128:1 (or more) and remain a very effective ceramic shampoo solution. Fill the desired wash bucket up with high-pressure water to the desired level after adding approximately one or two ounces of solution per one gallon of water.
After you apply and wash the entire surface area, rinse the surface area from top to bottom. Lithium is an excellent product to use for added gloss, protection, and ease of drying after this step. Dry the vehicle with a microfiber drying towel or soft chamois.
Car Detailing Tech Tip:
- If you complete the washing stage in the direct sun, you can always wash each side covered by shade. After cleaning one side, turn the vehicle around to place the unwashed side in the shade.
- After the vehicle’s sides are complete, you can wash and prepare the car’s other flat and vertical surfaces. If you are using Greenway’s Bugs B Gone, break up the front end into sections to avoid having the product dry on the vehicle surface. Your first step is to make sure to remove any bugs separately. Rinse the product entirely before washing or prepping any other vehicle’s surface (we recommend doing bug removal before the entire vehicle wash).
- Most detailers use too much wash solution. Professional, concentrated shampoos such as Wash and Wax do not require a large amount of solution to be effective. Remember, rinsing could become difficult and time-consuming to remove any remaining residue if you add too much solution.
- Use a car shampoo such as Greenway’s Car Shampoo or Eco Wash that does not contain ceramic before a correction and protection detail. We do not recommend adding ceramic to the vehicle before proceeding with any compounding, polishing, glazing, waxing, or sealing stage.
