Car Shampoo is a neutral pH ultra-foaming car shampoo that instantly cleans away dirt and debris without stripping any sealant or wax. Unique surfactants help keep the surface lubricated and cling to the surface longer without running off the vehicle like most car shampoos.

Use Car Shampoo with a foam cannon, two bucket wash method, or the touchless wash method. Safe on any exterior automobile surface, in the shade or direct sunlight. The unique formula quickly cleans any road film’s surface while maintaining any protective layer applied to your vehicle.

Use Car Shampoo sparingly to provide the highest amount of suds possible with or without a foam cannon. When combined in a foam cannon, our shampoo can help decrease the chances of scratching or marring your vehicle during the wash process.

How to Use:

Always start with a clean bucket that never had contact with the silicone. Silicone could have been present on a wheel and tire brush and then placed into that wash bucket. Even if you cleaned your bucket, silicone could still be present and entirely “flatten” the sudsing capabilities of any shampoo solution.

Car Shampoo can be diluted up to 256:1 and remain a very effective shampoo solution. Fill the wash bucket up with high-pressure water to the desired level after adding approximately one or two ounces of solution per one gallon of water.

After applying and washing the entire surface area, rinse the surface area from top to bottom. Greenway’s Wash and Shine is an excellent product to use after this step for added gloss, protection, and ease of drying. Dry vehicle with microfiber drying towel or soft chamois.

Car Detailing Tech Tip:

  • If you complete the washing stage in the direct sun,  you can always wash and prep each side covered by shade. Follow the above instructions, but start your prep work on the shady side first. Once your washing, clay treatment, tar removal, and other preparation are complete, turn the vehicle around and start the process again on the other side. Doing so will give you the extra time needed to proceed through all the appropriate steps while preventing any solutions from drying too quickly.
  • After the vehicle’s sides are complete, you can wash and prepare the other flat and vertical surfaces. If you are using Greenway’s Bugs B Gone, break up the front end into sections to avoid having the product dry on the vehicle surface. The bug removal stage should be done separately, and rinse the product entirely before washing or prepping any other vehicle’s surface.
  • Most detailers use too much wash solution. Professional, concentrated shampoos such as Car Shampoo do not require a large amount of solution to be effective.
