Using a tire dressing applicator is extremely important when obtaining the most even finish with any tire dressing.  Although you can spray a tire dressing onto the tire, this will typically create product overspray, which will lead to waste and time-consuming cleanup. This is especially true for products such as our Magic Blue Tire Dressing, Second 2 None Tire Dressing, and Next Generation Tire Dressing.

While many users feel it is faster to apply a tire dressing through the spraying process, the tire dressing ends up transferring to the rim components, which will quickly become more soiled as it picks up road debris and is attached to the dressing overspray.

The dressing is evenly distributed and pushed onto the tire without creating a "pooling" of the tire's dressing when using the foam tire applicator. The large, high-density rear red handle is stiff enough to allow for precise control, while the softer grey foam portion quickly absorbs the product but provides disbursement of the product once you apply pressure to the tire surface.

The quality foam will not quickly deteriorate like many inferior foam applicators on the market. Use caution when applying dressings to aggressive sidewall treads commonly found on off-road utility vehicles. This can lead to premature wear of the dressing applicator.
